The Company                     

Te Pari Products is a global market leading manufacturer of livestock handling and animal management systems. We are now looking to appoint a Warehouse Operative to help with the increasing operations workload amongst the team

The Role

This role involves getting our range of equipment unloaded from containers, assembled, and ready for dispatch to our customers. This is a dynamic operations role so expect a new challenge each day and be ready to juggle tasks and adapt. Te Pari has built a foundation of success based on hard work and are looking for someone who reflects this grit, drive, and energy. 

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble the equipment for sale
• Unloading containers
• General warehouse duties including daily dispatch if required
• Assisting inventory management and stock takes
• Assist with product repairs as required
• Assist with truck loading
• Contribute to the overall company culture by living our values

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in similar assembly or ‘hands on’ roles
• A mechanical aptitude and basic engineering skills
• A keen interest in the agricultural industry
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• A forklift and car license
• Attention to detail and quality
• Good IT skills
• Be physically fit and able to lift our products safely
• Confidence when working under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude

Te Pari, a market-leading manufacturer of livestock handling and management systems, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This exciting role involves selling our sheep and cattle handling systems directly to farmers across England and Wales.

About the Role:

·       Drive sales growth by managing the end-to-end sales process: inquiries, on-farm demos, quotes, and fulfilment.

·       Build strong customer relationships that lead to referrals.

·       Champion our products through in-depth product knowledge and on-site visits.

·       Achieve sales targets while contributing to our team culture and values.

·       Flexible base: Perth, Scotland Office or remote (North England), with regular travel.

What You’ll Need:

·       Passion for agriculture and rural UK.

·       Proven sales experience (5+ years preferred) with a results-driven mindset.

·       Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

·       Self-motivation, time management, and a positive, can-do attitude.

·       Tech-savvy with CRM experience.
