Steel Cattle Yard Gates

A tough addition to timber yards

Replace those broken wooden gates with new Te Pari steel gates and make yards safer and easier to work in. Made in NZ and fully hot-dip galvanised.

Specifications:

Te Pari steel gates for cattle have anti-bruise, oval rails and are fully hot dip galvanised. The gates swing on heavy-duty, 25mm shank gudgeons which are especially designed for cattle yard applications and feature a locking hole to prevent the gate being lifted off its hinge. The 6 rail gates have three hinge sockets to suit different height posts and can come with a heavy-duty slam latch. Sizes range from 750mm (2’2”) through to 3600mm (11’8”).

Why do you need 3 hinge sockets?

The 1400mm and 1580mm high gates have a 3rd hinge socket in line with the 5th rail (second to top rail). This means you can fit a gudgeon partially down the post which is ideal if you post is older or has splitting. The gate does not need 3 gudgeons.
