Our delivery and freight charges are structured based on product type and order value to provide cost-effective options for all customers:

Spare Parts
- Orders under $1,000 (plus GST): $20 freight and handling charge applies.
- Orders over $1,000 (plus GST): Free delivery.
- Delivery is direct to farm.
Animal Husbandry and Fencing Products
- For orders under $1,000 (plus GST): $20 freight and handling charge applies.
- For orders over $1,000 (plus GST): Free delivery.
- Delivery is direct to farm.
Head Bails, Stockyard Gates & Polysheeting, Loadbars & Tailing Chutes
- Orders under $1,000 (plus GST): $40 freight and handling charge applies.
- Orders over $1,000 (plus GST): Free delivery.
- Delivery is to the nearest Mainfreight depo.
Cattle Crushes, Cattle Yards, and Racewell Handlers
- Orders over $1,000 (plus GST): Free delivery.
- Delivered direct to farm, with a Te Pari hi-ab Truck.
Loadbars, Tailing Chutes & Head Bails
- Orders over $1,000 (plus GST): Free delivery.
- Delivery is to the nearest Mainfreight depo.

If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

Call 0800-837-274 to obtain authorization. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
Carefully box the item with adequate packing and ship to:

Indicate if you would prefer: exchange, or credit on credit card refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded.

Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing.
No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
If a shipment is refused, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
