- Line up gates/race to the inlet and outlet of the Jetter
- Making sure the Jetter is turned off, connect the battery (12VDC) to the control unit.
- Connect the outlet of the pump to the hose tail on the Jetter. Connect the inlet of the pump to the tank outlet and prime the pump if required (Refer to the user manual for the pump you're using). Make sure all connections are securely connected.

- If desired switch the “Nozzle Selection” switch to either “top” or “btm” if required.
Using the “manualSpray” button adjust the flow/pressure of your pump until you get the desired output flow & pressure.
Running the Jetter
- Depending on your setup open any gates etc. and allow your animals to enter the Jetter in a single file.

Symptom | Possible Solutions |
---|---|
The nozzles are not spraying evenly or the top nozzles are dripping a significant amount between animal. | Check that the Jetter is on a level surface and the valves are deactivating. |
Check the pump is correctly primed, no air bubbles are in the spray lines and nothing is restricting flow from the tank. | |
The Jetter does not stop spraying even without an animal in the Jetter. | Turn the “Power” switch “off” then back “on”. If this does not fix the issue check nothing is between the two sensors on each side of the Jetter. |
See the instructions below for checking and cleaning valves. |
