Te Pari is a leading global manufacturer of livestock handling and animal management systems, and we are on the lookout for a dedicated Installer for our Steel Cattle Yard Systems.

The Role:
Based in the North Island, this dynamic position will take you across the entire North Island and occasionally to the South Island and Australia. Every day is an adventure filled with new challenges—perfect for someone who thrives on variety!

We currently have a base in Hamilton & Fielding, residing in these regions is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly install Steel Yards to the highest standards
  • Box and lay concrete
  • Site works as required
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and customers
  • Communicate clearly with customers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Assist with other operational duties as needed
  • Contribute to the overall company culture by living our values

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of building experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of foundation, site and concrete works
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient in computer use, along with a valid car license
  • Ability to drive a tractor
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work 48+ hours per week and spend nights away from home.
  • A genuine interest in the agricultural industry and a desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work alone
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift our products safely
