We construct the loadbars in-house in Oamaru, allowing us total control over the quality and precision finish. Plus, we only use the best ‘ingredients’ and this includes load cells from Italy, which have superior corrosion resistance, plus the loadbars are made from Australian steel and are fully hot-dip galvanised.

Loadbars unique?
‘Ball & Socket’ System
Our unique design provides accurate weights even on imperfect ground surfaces. The ball and socket system allows for movement between the foot of the load bar and the load cell, maintaining an even distribution of weight to the load cell. Traditional rigid or fixed load cells will cause flexing on the load cell, resulting in an inaccurate weight, and lack durability.
Load Cell Protection Design
Unique to our Heavy-Duty bars, we mount the load cells in line with the weighing platform, as opposed to being in line with the load bars (as is the traditional method). This means when a cow charges the headbail, the forward pressure is in line with the load cell, so it doesn’t twist the load cell and greatly improves longevity.

Easy Set-Up
Te Pari load bars come with a step-by-step setup guide and a bolt kit for securing the bars to the crush or handler, and dynabolts for going into the concrete. We can also supply cable housing if paired with a Te Pari Crush.

Easy Connection
Connecting the load bars to the weigh scales indicator couldn’t be simpler. 10 metres of cable comes as standard, more than enough to run under the platform to the indicator.

Te Pari load bars offer a proven, cost-effective solution when compared to wireless load bars that are typically more expensive to purchase, maintain and repair.

Easily Long-Lasting
We don’t offer wireless load bars because of the added risk of failure from using multiple batteries (hence multiple possible points of failure). Our load bars are known to be problem free and meet tough quality control criteria.
