Pneumatic Powered
The Titan Pneumatic Cattle Crush has a powered sliding gate, parallel squeeze and head bail. It gives you proportional control over the squeeze and head bail and all these functions are easily controlled from the control console.

The Titan Hydraulic Cattle Crush offers a smoother and quieter operation with a powerful grip that's strong enough to deal with any animal you put in it and robust enough to meet the demands of any large operation.
Hydraulic power is the ultimate in terms of performance for your crush and the Titan HY offers fingertip control of the headbail, rear split sliding gate and parallel squeeze. Each hydraulic valve has a pressure relief system for animal safety.

Headbail
The Titan Crush features Te Pari’s flagship C1000 head bail, with a diamond-shaped pipe yoke to minimize bruising and prevent cattle from sawing their necks when held. Full proportional control means the headbail is easily adjusted to the preferred width, before smoothly returning to the full width when released.
The Hydraulic crush enjoys the power of a hydraulic ram, whereas the pneumatic crush uses a mechanical lockbox to secure the locking mechanism. This headbail lockbox is backed by a full lifetime warranty.

Parallel Side Squeeze
An easy-to-use powered lever reduces the animal compartment from 750mm to 410mm. The gates are moved upwards on a vertical linkage to support the animal, making it ideal for calving or breeding procedures. Preventing unwanted animal movement, the squeeze also makes working with feisty young stock easier and quicker.

Rear Entry Gate
The Titan PX Crush range rear entry gate opens to the offside, safely away from the operator and the work area. Full proportional control means you stay in control when loading cattle, for a smoother and quicker operation.
The Titan HY Crush range uses a split entry gate, which opens from the middle. The movement is smooth and faster than the PX version.

Vet Access Section
The lower half of the vet access gate is kick-operated so the operator doesn’t have to bend down to open the latch. There’s a two-way slam latch so the doors can be slam-closed from both directions, making entering and exiting the crush easier and quicker.
Side Access Gates
2 or 3 piece side gate options are available. The 3-piece offers the most unrestricted access to the whole animal, with 5 opening methods. The entire side can be opened together for sorting, the bottom sheeted section opened for mothering on a calf or checking feet, and the top half of the gate can be opened in 1 or 2 pieces depending on the animal access required.
Anti-Slip Backing Bar System
Provided as a standard feature in the 2 and 3 piece gate systems, the anti-slip backing bar reduces animal movement in the crush. For added safety, the unique track and collar design means the bar cannot slide out to injure the operator.
Anti-Skid Rubber Floor
The quiet and natural-feel operating surface offers long-lasting skid prevention for safer cattle movement.
Easy to use controls
The Control Dashboard is located within easy reach of the crush and allows for maximum control with minimum operator movement. All the powered functions can be controlled from the vertically orientated dashboard, with full proportional control - you apply as much pressure as needed, when needed.
