Front hoof blocks with a safety winch allows the front leg to be pulled onto a wooden block for safe and easy handling. The wopa block is an optional upgrade for on the front - it is a well known product in NZ.
An overhead winch raises the rear hooves up to an easy trimming height. Multiple height positions can be used depending on the size of the animal.
Easy access through a top access gate to the belly of the animal.
Using the sliding rear gate, a block and tackle can be setup to assist with calving when required. The height and angle can be adjusted accordingly.
The quiet, simple locking system of the C1000 Headbail provides excellent restraint for fitting tags, administering vaccinations and general access to the cow’s head/and neck.
The Te Pari C1000 head-bail features wide-opening, sheeted doors that eliminate obstructions and tripping hazards. The doors open and close with the easy-to-use, 'push/pull' handle. While open, a floor-to-ceiling gap encourages the animal to move forward.
The Hoof trimming Crush gives you the ability to safely access the animal, with a number of different access gates. In the front, there is a top access gate, great for accessing the belly of the animal. At the bottom there is an access gate for the hoof area, this can also be removed. At the back is the rump gate which can be used for mothering-on calves.
Adding the vet door section makes for a superb facility for hoof trimming and pairing, whilst giving excellent access to all other areas of the cow for vet work and general handling. The vet model has an extra section at the rear of the crush that gives you more room to work behind the cow. The Vet Gates hinge from the rear of the crush and open right up.

Restrict all movement with the anti-backing bar. Lowering down from the top, the bar applies forward pressure, restricting the animal from being able to back up when operating on it.
For extra support to the animal, a second belly winch can be added.
Available only on the Vet model crush, the sliding gate is a great way to close off the crush from the race, and is essential when treating a mob of animals, so that the operator is protected.
A rubber-lined timber floor can be added to the crush, giving a more natural and comfortable surface for lame cattle to stand on. This also gives you the ability to fit load bars and weigh inside the cattle crush as well.
The head scoop is a great accessory to eliminate any movement in the beasts head. This is very useful when inspecting or treating cattle for pink eye.
