Livestock Equipment Supplier
At Te Pari, a global leader in livestock handling and animal management systems, we're seeking a seasoned driver to deliver our products. With our foundation built on hard work and innovation, we’re looking for someone who embodies these values with determination and enthusiasm.
Role Overview:
In this position, you'll get to explore Victoria, New South Wales, and occasionally South Australia, speaking with our ‘salt of the earth’ customers. Each week will bring new experiences—no two days are the same. This is a dynamic and rewarding role so expect a new challenge and be ready to juggle tasks and adapt.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient delivery of equipment including use of Hiab crane for unloading
- Plan your trips in conjunction with the Logistics Coordinator
- Professional communication to customers around delivery schedules
- Gather and report customer feedback and industry insights
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and OH&S
- Contribute to the overall company culture by living our values
- Installation of Products where required.
- By demonstrating your self-management skills, you will bring value to the role
You can expect:
- Travel around Victoria, New South Wales and occasionally South Australia, driving the Scania R560R, 8x4 Crane Truck & trailer
- Most weeks away from home - Monday to Friday with some weekend work
- An interesting and rewarding role interacting with our rural and freight customers
- Electronic logbook use
- Regularly working up to 60 hours per week
- Competitive renumeration
- Driving & crane operation assessment prior to employment offer
- Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar transport role including Hiab crane operation, with the ability to operate in a rural environment and complete jobs to the highest standard.
- A keen interest in the agricultural industry is an advantage, combined with the long-term desire to continue learning and succeed.
Other criteria:
- Knowledge of transport regulations
- Based out of our Epping warehouse
- High focus on health & safety
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Mechanical aptitude and general computer skills
- Confident in manoeuvring a 23-meter HPMV permitted unit in tight, rural settings
- Ability to do minor maintenance of truck & trailer, such as greasing of crane
- Hold a Truck License (HR minimum) for our current Hiab Delivery Truck
- HC Truck License to back up drive our 2021 Scania R540 Prime Mover, would be advantageous
- A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift products safely and climb up and over the load
- Skills to help Customers and team with assembly of our products
- Assist the team and lead Field days, agriculture show setups
- Trucks tracked with GPS E-road and cameras
- Confident working under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Eligible to work in AU

Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly install Steel Yards to the highest standards
- Box and lay concrete with precision
- Level out sites
- Collaborate effectively with team members and customers
- Communicate clearly with contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Assist with other operational duties as needed
- Contribute to the overall company culture by living our values

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of building experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of foundation, site and concrete works
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous leading hand or project coordination experience an advantage
- Proficient in computer use, along with a valid car and forklift license
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work 48+ hours per week and spend nights away from home
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift our products safely
- A genuine interest in the agricultural industry and a desire to learn and grow
