From humble beginnings, Te Pari has become a world-class livestock equipment manufacturer. Our expertise in designing and manufacturing livestock-handling equipment spans over four decades, and we stand by the quality of our products.
Te Pari began as a small business started by the French family in 1980. Peter French was unsatisfied with the existing docking irons on the market, so in true Kiwi fashion, he set out to design and build his own. After continuous development, the Te Pari docking iron won an innovation award at Fieldays and became a staple for Kiwi farmers across New Zealand.
In 1997, the Blampied family started a company in West Auckland, New Zealand, tinkering with cattle head bails and other products for local beef farmers. After purchasing Te Pari from the French Family, the Blampied family expanded Te Pari's range of products and grew the business into the world-leading supplier of livestock handling equipment it is today.
At Te Pari, we believe Farmers are the world's lifeblood, and we strive to provide them with the tools they need to be more productive, cost-effective, and profitable.
By pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the farming industry, we aim to enable farmers worldwide to continue producing high-quality food and keep up with ever-increasing demand.
Producing real food creates a better life for everyone.
At Te Pari, our core values are at the heart of everything we do and guide us in all aspects of our operation, including decision-making, cultivating relationships, and resolving challenges.
Te Pari has been 100% owned by the Blampied family for three generations, and family values are at the core of everything we do.

"The biggest asset in this company is the staff. You can automate, you can put in robots, you can put in automatic cutting, but you've got to have staff, and you've got to have reliable staff. That's one of our very core values." - Doug Blampied, Director.
